Withdrawal information and returns

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. If goods in one order are delivered separately, it starts when the last item is received; for a good delivered in parts, when the last part is received.

Declaring withdrawal

To exercise the right, inform Pia Marie Wieltsch, Collectamie, Stefan-Moser-Straße 6, Door 9, 9500 Villach, Austria, email: support@collectamie.com, telephone: +43 650 450 6069, of your decision by an unequivocal statement. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

You may also use the highlighted online function “Withdraw from contract”. After selecting “Confirm withdrawal”, you will immediately receive an email acknowledgement containing the declaration and the date and time received. Use of the model form below is optional.

Returning the goods and costs

Return or hand the goods to Stefan-Moser-Straße 6, Door 9, 9500 Villach, Austria, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing Collectamie of the withdrawal. Sending them before the deadline is sufficient.

You bear the direct cost of return. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

Collectamie will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The same payment method as the original transaction will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur fees.

Collectamie may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

Statutory exceptions

The right does not apply in statutory exception cases, for example goods made clearly to personal specifications. A relevant exception will be stated with the product before ordering. The age, uniqueness or pre-owned condition of a collectible does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
